What ages do you accept in your martial arts classes?
We accept ages 3 and a half and up. The best time to join is right now! 🙂
My child has never trained before. Is that okay?
Absolutely! We welcome new students each week and your child is going to love earning a white belt when he/she starts!
Does Martial Arts Classes help with ADD and ADHD?
Definitely! Studies have shown that children who actively participate in individualized sports like martial arts, will develop more focus and patience while burning a ton of energy!
What does my child wear to his/her first class?
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing such as shorts and a t-shirt. We train barefoot, so sandals or slip-on type shoes are best.
